Creamy almond and garlic dip

Almonds are amazing and provide many key nutrients needed to support health and fertility including vitamin E, fibre, monounsaturated fat, calcium and iron.

Garlic is a great fertility food and provides a good amount of selenium, vitamin C and Vitamin B6.

Ingredients( serves 4)

16oz whole, roasted almonds

8 garlic cloves crushed

100g of Greek yoghurt

4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, plus more if needed

3 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 teaspoon sea salt

To make:

Crush the garlic and the place into a food processor with the almonds and pulse for a few seconds. Next add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and mix until creamy. Enjoy with crudites and a slice of sourdough.
