Blueberries are amazing! They are rich in Anthoyanains a powerful antioxidant, are low in fat, packed with vitamin c and a good source of fibre. Apples help support the immune system too as they are rich in vitamin c, antioxidants and many plant compounds. Ginger contains antibacterial properties along with anti-inflammatory compounds.
All of these ingredients combined together pack a great nutritional punch that not only provides us with energy but is great for the skin and also provides support to the immune system.
2 apples of your choice to juice or 100ml fresh Apple Juice
10g or an inch of fresh Ginger
Juice and blend. Pour into a shot glass each morning and enjoy. If you are busy why not double up the ingredients to make enough for a couple of mornings- cover and keep in the fridge.
