Cool down this summer with some fertility-friendly homemade Vegan blackcurrant ice cream.
Blackcurrants are packed full of fertility-friendly nutrients and are just bursting with vitamin C.
Bananas are rich in potassium which plays a part in controlling blood pressure and vitamin B6, which regulate hormones, and are also low in fat.
Honey possesses an array of plant chemicals that act as antioxidants. It also contains antibacterial and antifungal properties (in particular raw and manuka honey).
