Cool down in this hot weather with these ‘nutritious and delicious’ fertility-friendly frozen yoghurt lollies. These lollies are packed full of fertility-friendly nutrients and passionfruit is low in calories too. Its, beautiful orange flesh gives away is rich in beta carotene but also provides the essential vitamins B2, B3, B6, and C. Rich in fibre and important minerals, including potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, and iron. Natural live yoghurt is great for the gut as it contains friendly probiotic bacteria (such as lactobacillus)- all health starts in the gut. It is also a good source of protein, calcium and provides selenium too. Enjoy!
Summery Passion Fruit Frozen Yoghurt Lollies
Ingredients (makes 3-4 lollies)
4 passion fruit (halved with flesh scooped out)
6oz natural live yoghurt
6oz Fromage frais
To make:
Mix the fromage frais and the natural yoghurt in a bowl together. Mix in the passionfruit flesh and seeds, give it a good stir and pour into lolly moulds and place into the freezer.
