Made In Chelsea stars Ollie Locke and his husband, Gareth will attempt a third round of IVF next month to become parents to a longed-for child with the help of their surrogate
The pair, who married in November 2020, revealed on Good Morning Britain that they had already experienced one failed cycle of IVF and a miscarriage recently and that the journey to becoming fathers had, so far, been difficult.
Ollie said: “We have had one failed attempt at IVF and one miscarriage and we are going again next month for our next round.
“We believe the representation is so important and we have a platform to do this – we want to do this so publicly.”
The pair have been sharing their journey to becoming parents with the help of a surrogate over the past year and revealed they had used and lost five embryos in that time.
The emotional interview took place on Monday’s show, hosted by television judge Robert Rinder and Ranvir Singh.
Ollie regularly keeps his 450,000 Instagram followers up to date on their journey and said he will continue to do so.
