We thought we’d share one of our favourite non-alcoholic mulled wine recipes to help you warm up from the inside out as we enter mid-winter.
This recipe is simple to make at home and is the ideal drink to enjoy with friends, family or by yourself – nutritious and delicious! Plus…. it contains cranberries which provide some awesome health benefits.
Did you know?
Cranberries have one of the highest antioxidant levels of any fruit or vegetable, including apples, raspberries, strawberries, broccoli, cherries, and red grapes.

A pinch of Ground Nutmeg
A Handful of Fresh/Frozen Cranberries
How to make:
Slice one orange and squeeze the juice out of the other. Place all of the ingredients into a pan and simmer on the hob over a low heat for 20 minutes (for a stronger spiced flavour, simmer longer or turn it off and let it infuse for up to 1 hour). Enjoy!
